Business Visas

In New Zealand, there are four types of business visas that allow you stay reside for extended periods of time. Only the Long term business visa is not a permanent residency visa.

The four categories are:

Employees of a business relocating to New Zealand,
Investor,
Entrepeneur, and
Long term business visa.

All of the categories have the same generic policy provisions:

English language requirements
Payment of settlement information fee
Payment of migrant levy
Health and character requirements

Making application for any of these visas/permits can be a lengthy process (6 to 9 months) so please contact us as soon as possible if you think you would like to apply under these provisions.
