Each of directors of Paragon International Ltd (NZ Immigration Consultants) is a professional in their own area of expertise. We all live in New Zealand and have lived for long periods offshore so understand completely the needs of a new migrant.

Meet the Paragon International Management Team:

Carla Grant: Managing Director

Carla has 15 years experience in all areas of immigration from applications for student permits through to business investment applications for permenant residence. She has lived in Asia for 3 years where she worked as an immigration and investment consultant for NZ.

Since Carla's return to New Zealand she has worked as an international marketing consultant specialising in the areas of education, acculturation and immigration.

Carla is responsible for all the immigration operations of Paragon International Ltd: visa advice, work permits, skilled migration, acculturation courses, student placement, processing for student and business/investment clients.

Dennis Griffin: Business Manager

Dennis migrated from the UK to New Zealand 18 years ago, and so understands the emotions and challanges involed in doing this. He has over 20 years experience in business, including 8 years as an international business consultant.

Dennis is responsible for the behind the scenes operations of Paragon International Ltd, and will often be your first point of contact with our organisation.
